This massage uses gliding, kneading, tapping, vibrational shaking and friction. Pressure used is light to moderate. This is effective for those wanting to be soothed, alleviating general tension and stiffness. Potential results can include an increase in blood flow, and some improvement in flexibility and mobility.

Choose the if your goal is to relax or get some gentle pain relief.

This is not for you if you expect heavy, pinpoint pressure.

This massage utilizes sustained pressure to address trigger points. No or minimal product (massage mediums like oils or lotions) are used to maintain a grip on the body for the slow, sustained pressure. 

Choose this if you have pain from conditions like strained muscles, fibromyalgia, migraines.

This is not for you, if you prefer very gentle pressure or very deep pressure, or if you have thin skin.

This massage uses very light pressure to stimulate the superficial lymph vessels just under the skin. 

This session is specifically to address inflammation and move excess fluid. 

This is not a good choice for those wanting pressure.

This massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, firm pressure. It helps release adhesions, scar tissue, and chronic tension that can cause pain or restricted movement. Knuckles, elbows, or tools may be used on specific trigger points. Some tenderness is normal, but it should not be painful—please communicate any discomfort so pressure can be adjusted. Pain does not equal healing.

Choose this massage if chronic tension responds best to deeper pressure. Not recommend

This massage is a relaxing, fluid session that utilizes generous amounts of warmed coconut oil. Fluid, wave-like strokes address the entire body with minimal (but respectful) draping. This traditional Hawaiian healing practice incorporates chanting, prayers and energy work as important parts of Hawaiian culture. For my purposes I pay respect to but cannot recreate these cultural aspects.  

This is a gentle, nurturing treatment designed to support the unique needs of expectant mothers.
